Our Fig Bitters soap was born from a bitters recipe that was tweaked to include roasted figs. Fig has a very delicate flavor, and being paired with cinnamon, orange peel, and other traditional bitters ingredients make this type of bitters a seasonal treat! Fig adds a bit of a green fruit note, as well as the sweet smell of leaves, and is surprisingly versatile. Taking a cue from those flavor notes results in sweet, spicy, earthy and slightly fruity smelling soap.

Made in Chicago by Soap Distillery, a small black women owned business with a passion for diversifying the soap business by crafting a range of cocktail themed scents. They also uphold a passion for sustainability, using plastic free and biodegradable packaging as well as sustainably produced essential oils.
